THE STORY BEHIND DON CARNE MEAL PREP

Don Carne is the brainchild of Chef Troy Luke Jr., a fourth-generation Guyanese American chef born in Brooklyn, New York, and raised in Atlanta and Athens, Georgia. With over 17 years of experience in the culinary industry, Troy has built his expertise through years of hands-on work in professional kitchens and as a private chef.

“Stressed, Blessed, and Taco Obsessed” is the motto behind Don Carne. Many clients come to us feeling overwhelmed by their busy lives. Through our meal prep services, we help relieve the stress of cooking so they can focus on what matters most — while enjoying chef-quality meals.

Don Carne Meal Prep was created because Chef Troy saw a common problem: people want high-quality, flavorful meals, but often don’t have the time to cook or the budget for fine dining. After years of cooking for private clients and large events, he launched Don Carne Meal Prep to make private-chef quality food accessible, convenient, and affordable for everyday life.
